The Signing Resource will travel to your business or residence or an agreed upon location to perform notarizations while providing you with outstanding customer service and meeting all of your notary needs and requirements. When you need a fully operational mobile notary to be onsite, I’ll be there as a representative for The Signing Resource prepared to perform the perfect signing. And, The Signing Resource can handle a variety of documents, including real estate transactions, legal documents, and more
What are your credentials?
I am a CA Commissioned Notary Public #247641, NNA Certified, Signing Agent Certified and I also carry a 1mm Errors & Omissions policy
I possess all the requirements that Title Companies require Notaries to have in order to perform Honest, Ethical and Accurate signings including knowledge of the documents
Why is it so important to protect certain documents with notarizations?
When significant risk is involved financially, protecting oneself from an unforeseen event can be as simple as having your contracts, deeds, will, real estate, property or loan documentation notarized. A notarized signing is as an effective deterrent to fraud anywhere in the legal process, with the parties and with the Court

What are your Core Services?
- Real Estate: The Signing Resource partners directly with, Title Companies, Escrow Companies/Officers and Loan Agents for our Real Estate Transactions. We notarize purchase loans, refinance loans, second mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and reverse mortgage loans
- General or Specialty Notary Services:
- The Signing Resource works with Corporations, Corporate Executives/Members, and Contract Administrators
- DMV Title Transfers, Child Travel Documents, Divorce Papers, Adoption Papers, Investment Roll Over Forms, Power of Attorney and all documents that need to be signed/notarized
And we also love serving the general public and we are honored to work with clients whose notarizations involve delicate situations. Life altering events can involve Living Trusts, Wills, Last Wills and Testimony’s and Medical Directives and Medical Durable Power of Attorney all that should be notarized. Often these are performed in Hospitals, Convalescent Homes, Nursing Facilities and Retirement Homes and per your instructions, I will arrange to meet you
